HOW TO REGISTER & CREATE A REMITECH EEC APP ACCOUNT?
- Download and install Remitech EEC App from Google Playstore or IOS Appstore.
- Click the Register button.
- Read the USER AGREEMENT and click “I AGREE” if you agree to the terms and conditions of our services.
- Input the OTP code sent via SMS to your mobile number.
- Take a photo of the front and back of your ARC and a selfie of yourself with your ARC.
- Create and confirm your account password.
- Check and confirm if all the information provided is correct.
- Enter a referral code or promo code if you have one.
- Click “CONFIRM” and wait while we verify your account registration.
- We will send a notification once your account has been reviewed and verified
- If your verification status is “Failed,” please go back to your profile page and review your information. Then, click the EDIT button to update your information/details.

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO VERIFY MY ACCOUNT?
All account registration reviews and verifications take place during our operating hours, from 9 AM to 6 PM, 7 days a week (including national holidays). The verification process may take anywhere from 2 hours to 1 day. Our customer service has to review each account carefully to ensure the validity of identification and to make sure if everything is in compliance with Taiwan regulations.

CAN I HAVE MULTIPLE REMITECH EEC APP ACCOUNTS?
No. Each user can create only one REMITECH EEC APP account.

WHAT IF I FORGOT MY PASSWORD?
- On the Log-in page click “FORGOT PASSWORD”
- Enter your ARC No.
- Input the OTP code that we will send via SMS to your registered mobile no.
- Set your new password.

HOW TO CHANGE MY MOBILE NO.?
- Go to settings and click “Change Mobile No.”
- Enter your account password.
- Enter your NEW MOBILE NO.
- Input the OTP code that we will send via SMS to your new mobile no.

HOW TO RESET MY PASSWORD?
- Go to settings and click “Reset Password”.
- Enter your registered cellphone number.
- Input the OTP Code you will receive via SMS message.
- Set your new password.

HOW CAN I UPDATE MY ARC?
- Go to main menu and click “Profile”.
- If your ARC No. has changed, click edit and enter your new ARC No.
- You will also need to update the Expiration Date.
- Take a photo of the Front and Back of your new ARC.
- Taka a selfie picture holding your new ARC. Make sure that it will not cover your face.
- Click “Submit” and wait for verification.

HOW TO ADD BENEFICIARY / RECIPIENT?
- On the Main Page click the “Beneficiary’ icon.
- Click Add Beneficiary to create your recipient’s information.
- Input the required information for your recipient. Make sure all information is correct.
- Select your relationship to the recipient and the purpose of your remittance.
- Please wait while we verify your recipient’s information in accordance to the Anti-Money Laundering Law.
- Once your recipient is verified you can start sending remittance to him/her.
- You can create multiple pay out options for the same recipient.
- You can create a maximum of 10 beneficiary accounts. You can edit or delete a beneficiary account that you no longer need.

HOW TO REMIT MONEY THRU REMITECH EEC APP?
- Click the “Remit Money” icon.
- Choose your transaction type.
- Select your beneficiary or recipient. You cannot choose recipient that is still under verification or has failed verification status.
- Input the amount you want to send to your recipient.
- You can use a coupon and cash points at the same time. Discounts can only apply on the service fee.
- On the next page, confirm if all information and amount are correct then click “Submit”.
- You need to enter your password to confirm your transaction.
- Please pay your transaction within 3 hours.

HOW MUCH CAN I SEND TO MY RECIPIENT / BENEFICIARY?
- There is a limit of NTD 30,000 per transaction
- Monthly limit of NTD 50,000
- Yearly limit of NTD 500,000
Note:
All paid and unpaid transactions will be counted. If you have unpaid transaction/s, wait for it to expire before creating a new one.

WHERE CAN I PAY MY REMITTANCE?
You can pay your transactions at any EEC Wellchain / INDEX Service Station, Family Mart, 7-11, Hi-Life or OK Mart Convenience Stores.

HOW DO I PAY FOR MY REMITTANCE TRANSACTION?
- You have 3 hours to complete the payment before your remittance transaction expires.
- For transactions amounting to NTD 20,000 ~ 30,000, you can pay at any EEC Service Station, Family Mart, 7-11, or OK Mart.
- The barcode will expire every 10 minutes. You can refresh the page or simply close the barcode payment window and tap the store icon once more to generate a new barcode.
- To avoid double payment for a single remittance transaction, try to pay for your remittance transaction one at a time.

HOW DO I VIEW MY CURRENT AND PAST TRANSACTIONS?
- To view your current and past transactions, go to “Transaction History” page. Here you can view all your Unpaid, Expired and Successfully Paid transactions, as well as transactions with pending status due to Invalid Account, Account Name differs etc.
- Your transaction records will be saved for 7 months on your transaction history.

HOW DO I REQUEST FOR A REFUND FOR MY FAILED REMITTANCE TRANSACTION?
If your transfer has failed, you can request for a refund. There are two ways you can refund:​
- Claim your cash refund at any of EEC service station.
- Deposit to your Taiwan personal bank account.

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO GET MY REFUND?
Refund process will take 1-3 working days. We will notify you when it is ready or has been deposited.
